[ 4 ] Steel 2-Section Tarp Roller Insert

This Steel 2 Section Tarp Roller Insert creates a greater reinforcement than the standard tarp roller couplers provided with the 2-section 30′ and 40′ rollers.

Installation Instructions For Tarp Roller Insert:

1. Clean the inside of the roller about 12″ from each end.
2. Put a piece of tape about 8″ from the end of the roller.
3. Put Liquid Nail on the inside of the roller.
4. Place the aluminum insert into the tape mark.
5. Make sure the rollers are level.
6. Start putting sheet metal screws in the pre-drilled holes.
7. Untape the insert so it covers the ID of the roller.
8. Install all of the sheet metal screws.
9. Bore holes through the roller and insert for carriage bolts. These holes should be about 13″ apart.
10. Install the carriage bolts with the nut to the inside.
11. Repeat the above process on other rollers.
12. It may require someone to crawl inside the roller.
